إلى Jami-DFW : I have not had to worry about incontinence or most anal hygiene issues as I spend a lot of time preparing for these events. If you engage in super heavy play, and are left gaping for a bit, yes, leakage will occur. For me (ymmv, everyone is different), and many bottoms don’t talk about this stuff. But a lot of preparation to avoid most issues involves, lots of kegel exercises, gaining knowledge on how to both relax and tighten your lower muscles on command. Diet, lots of fiber and water, avoiding dairy and red meat, knowing the timing of your own digestive system. For these Events, I limit my food intakes considerably for 24hrs.
